Zedster to use your analogy, Yes the CDU JORC was a disappointment as market expectation was for much higher grade.
SFR on the other hand came out with a smallish JORC ( since upgraded ) which was well received by the market.
The point is no substantial holder notices were posted for SFR meaning the larger holdings were held by non reportable holders under the 5% threshold.
Now a reasoned person could assume that 20% of the company being made available under the radar at no substantial premium to the share price and all this stock being " amalgamated " after the close of play one day and before market open the next. ! Suggests something other than dumb luck and random chance to me.
I am more than happy to keep an open skeptical mind to CDU being well and truly " in play " at the current share price. And read with interest Scorpions nominee account posts.
Cheers Hoot
