Ukrainian Army in Avdiivka disobeyed orders to stay and retreated, then Ukrainian command was forced to announce it had “ordered” the withdrawal from Avdiivka when it did no such thing.
When the Azov barrier squad refused orders and retreated, then the rest of the Ukrainian Army did as well.
