Guys,

Below are some points that I want to email to Craig Jones. Do these points come across as not harsh enough, just right or too harsh? Do you think Craig Jones will bother to answer me? Is there any chance he will rein in POS expenses?

·79% of the SHs voted against the remuneration report at the last AGM and yet you are still draining whatever little money is left in POS coffers, essentially running the company to the ground. Is it legal for you to ignore the vote of 79% of the SHs? If it is legal, do you think it is moral or ethical?

·Once again, I will appeal to you to switch the management and board remuneration to part cash + part shares. I am aware that others have put in the same request and you have unashamedly refused to do so.

·Is your aim to bankrupt the company? If yes, you are doing a very good at it!!!! I cannot understand how someone on $400k pa + super + benefit cannot see that the company will go bankrupt if we carry on like that. I was sure hoping that you would be a different CEO to Peter Harold as under his stewardship, the sp of the company has completely crashed. But the way I see you draining the finances of the company, we will be bankrupt soon.
