I would imagine that the scheme participants are not too happy about the delay.
The closer we get to the MRE announcement, due in June, the more the possibility of a postponement of the signing/approval.
I would hope that the Court see's it that way anyway.
Also from what we have seen to date, and what we think is also there to be discovered, I think we would all agree that we are looking at a monster (Tony's words) here and closer to the upper range of expectations, 240ml tons. An increase in the Lithium price would also be welcome.
The closer we get the MRE announcement the more hopeful I am of either a forced increase in the offer bid (Independent Valuer) or the possibility of another party seeing the potential here.
Hoping other share holders feel the same and hold.
