Hydroxychloroquine has been around for sixty years and studies as far back as 2005 demonstrated its antiviral effects against SARS-CoV,the older cousin of SARS-CoV-2.It would be fair and reasonable to assume that it may be useful in the treatment of any related outbreak especially when used in early treatment combined with Zinc.
Why then Ratbag do you think it was not used?.The Patent expired years ago and could potentially be produced as cheaply as Aspirin.
I am still at a loss to understand why Greg Hunt,the then Health Minister had the stockpile of this drug destroyed.
Perhaps this may be a question asked of him during the RC as well as his links to the WEF.
