@r3s0urc3 is at a loss of comprehension, unable to explain the relative market caps for Volt versus Talga, hence he is over here spruiking for Volt. With all of Talga's environmental permitting problems, Volt's Ukraine project is a much safer bet without any permit issues. What could possibly go wrong, why do Talga investors not see real potential for Volt when it is presented to them?
