Not sure how you came up with that theory, but I strongly believe we will test the 8-9 cents by the end of next week.
Following with some announcements i.e Moblan DFS, more bods and a chairman, new partners, CEO, price of spod rebound and the share price will re-test the 14c before heading back to the last cr at 18c.
When it comes to March, when there are no fixed cost affecting the overall unit opex, reflecting on a lower cost, the price will retest the 22c.
I am no expert on chart reading, but when you look at the overall catalyst, your 3.7-4c makes absolute no sense.
Off course these are only my opinions, but I have been in the game for a long time and you tend to learned how to identify a few trends.
And the trend aren’t pointing south, its actually heading north.

Btw when I say ATH, I am referring bw 50-60cent, or 5-6b mc
