You simply DO NOT KNOW whether the circa 750 hectares of ponds that might be required for a 25ktpa operation will “fit” there.

Yet you make the bold “statement of fact”:

Your rough interpretation of what might or might not “fit” is nothing more than your guesswork. Simple.
You and anyone else can provide “guesses” wrt ponds vs tenement area, along with whatever evidence might support it, like a reasonable person would expect. But you didn’t do that, did you?
