If you had ever read a map in your life, you would understand that those contour lines represent some pretty steep inclines to the West. Did you not wonder why there's no ponds in the North-Western corner, or why ponds 10 & 13 stop short on the Western boundary?
This is pretty simple stuff mate. 13 ktpa worth of ponds require more space than 10 ktpa worth of ponds, I'm sure we can agree on that? Now, look at the purple shaded area (AGY's planned 10 ktpa ponds) and the red shaded area (remaining usable land within the tenement) and you tell me which one is bigger?
It really is that simple.
