Could AVZ ‘roll over’ in relation to the Dathomir claims for a small percentage and access $20mill that is in escrow that way? Sure it’s not great for shareholders but leaves nothing hanging over the company/shareholders heads and a whole lot of dollars to keep playing this messed up muddled up game? Good luck waiting AVZ out with another 20 million in the coffers even if it costs 10% of the project.
