Sorry, I bought this 6 months ago when it dropped from over $8 to under $7. That time NTA was around $8. I existed around $7.5. I don't hold this anymore. LLC business model is too hard to understand. Few years ago it was all about us military housing, silicon Valley developments, London city redevelopments, bangaroo in Sydney etc. Covid, work from home and higher interest rate has killed the business model. You can take a punt under $6 because NTA was around $8 before. I don't know what is the true NTA now.
