I think they might spin out their Canadian assets into a separate company, and this will be associated with a capital raising for the new company and a listing on the TSX, backed by some Canadian finance and funds, with the new CEO being the new MD/CEO of the new company, and MLS holding 20% of the shares in the new company and a production royalty.
It's a wild guess.
