Both the SMR and CRN December '23 quarterlies also mentioned challenges with rail/logistics so don't think too much blame can currently be laid on BCB management on that front. I think I recall someone recently suggesting that as a newer producer in the region they're likely at the bottom of the list when it comes to trying to pick up rail slots etc, hence why almost every quarterly talks about sales getting pushed into the following period - there will be a perpetual lag.
