Well Luke talks on the deal saying his best mate Sam was the majority shareholder and took control of the negotiations, everything sounded positive and genuine in terms of his motivations.
I'm not sure what you mean saying you can't work this one out. They got several revenue streams growing organically, synergies to unlock, and potentially further acquisitions.
