Agreed, but even with expansions it is valued very full versus peers in the current market. I think people are selling on a time value of money basis with New Acland still in ramp up. I think we might see a 10-12c dividend, which won't make people very happy either.
Futures markets for LNG also indicate that there could be more downside in NEWC imo.
Still running some more numbers, but as stated previously - not a large holding of mine - just floating what I consider as rational explanations for the market.
