Kimbo, I tend to disagree with that interpretation of the application for a 3 year extension as opposed to a 2 year.

Look at it this way, if you walk into a car dealership and dont ask for a better deal.. how can you get a better deal?

I dont think its so much that ME isnt confident about landing a JVP and therefore believes he needs another year. I think its more the fact that we only have 10-11mil sitting in the bank and he's simply pushing for a better deal, more bang for his buck to strengthen our position, and reduce downside risk.

Also I think it may partially reflect his negotiating skills, pushing for a better deal for FAR shareholders in every deal he does.

I'd be more worried if ME hadn't applied for 50% more time, because I would be questioning his integrity in that event.
