EXR Trading 2024, page-343

Hi all,
Like one of the MANY retail share Holders in EXR -- yes it is the small Investors outside the Top Thirty or so Bigger Holders -- that make up most of the EXR Registry.

I am Amazed at the time and effort -- some of the posters here on Hotcopper put in.

The Share Price of EXR (in the current market anyway ) is based on Those waiting and accumulating - from the smaller parcels of shares -- as other Retail Holders place SELL orders -- the reason some Sell -- could be any reason they like -- the shares are theirs -- some Need cash, some may have an Investment plan that EXR was to be sold off by now? -- some may believe they can get a better deal in another Stock, or in the Bank -- or even on
Race 5 at Geelong Greys tonight.... Who Knows??

We are NOT seeing Top Twenty Holders or the Directors Rushing to Sell off their shares-- In fact we have seen the increases in some of the Top Holders share numbers -- as they accumulate opportunistically --as smaller retailer holders Sell out.

Some Posters, post as a form of self-therapy -- some just to see the reactions of Other Share Holders -- politely put as stirring the pot ---
The posts may not have a direct effect on the Share Price-- but if someone was pondering on whether to Sell or Not -- then a Post raising some concern, whether plausible or not -- could sway their decision

Me I bought in as a longterm Investment when it was just Mongolia... the rest is a bonus.(Grandis & GobiH2)
I have bought extras when I could afford -- and in the past - actually fretted that the EXR share price was too High for my small investments -- but over the last 12 months I have managed to pick up way more Shares then then I thought I could.

As I said I am not a Big Investor -- but these prices -- have allowed me to Dream a bit larger -- and I look forward --(with patience) to what the Final Outcome will eventually be.
