I was thinking the same thing - I'm far from well educated in the oil and gas space but is formation water the same or related to GWC? If this is just idle water in the structure then how much is there and how easy is this to resolve? It also seems they haven't given up on SE-3 so perhaps they're not 100% sure they've hit GWC.
The worst part is that getting these answers is going to take time - so I guess we just sit here and speculate for the next few weeks. Some theories from those with knowledge would be appreciated because it seems everyone is perplexed.
