I'm afraid this translation will be more complicated than the original but here goes.
The amount of oil that flows out of a well is related to the pressure of the reservoir and a value called the transmissivity of the well, which is equal to the permeability multiplied by the thickness of net pay. It's basically a measure of how much void space in the rock is in contact with the well bore. The more void space, the more opportunities for oil to flow into the well, so the more oil is 'transmitted' from the rock to the well and the higher the flow rate.
So if you have a lower permeability, the only way to get a decent flow is to have a higher net pay, and vice versa.
Permeability is broadly related to porosity - the higher the porosity, the higher the perm.
So this well has porosity that is not great (I wouldn't say low, I'd say fair) so the permeability is also not great, but that is balanced by the fact the pay zone is 14m thick, so the transmissivity of the well is actually not too bad compared to a well producing from a pay zone say 3m thick.
That considered, 100bopd should be the minimum this well produces, hopefully it will do more than that or else we will need to frac it.
