That's an interesting question. Europe generally has a dilemma in that its very vulnerable to shortages in resources especially oil and gas with not much coming from Russia anymore. Europe is extremely poor also in critical minerals for the future with the exception of a few provinces mostly in Finland. It's doing some politicians heads in to drum home the importance of getting non reliance on Chinese and Russian minerals.

I think there is a great deal of interest in Europe for a friendly supply of Lithium and REE. There's large REE processing plant in Estonia and an ongoing need for lithium in many new battery factories, some of the latest in Sweden and Finland. I think the answer to your question is yes. Unfortunately, here in Australia we don't get as excited. The reality is that we have so much here that's its hard to pick which ones are going to be the winners. To muddy the waters Africa has found enormous deposits of critical elements which will be cheap to mine but have sovereign risk, and the same for South American deposits with less sovereign risk.
