The 85% increase in P90 reserves justifies a 50% increase in the share price alone.
More importantly, this announcement could be catalytic in that it reduces the large bankruptcy premium built in the the current share price. The increase in reserves mean more bankable assets, and easier access to finance. Or, it means a large player might be more likely to take a punt on a farm-in.
All good! Give this is GDN, I expect an increase in the range of 10-100% in the shareprice now. If this is enough to convince the market that production is forthcoming and GDN will access finance, survive and prosper, the shareprice increase could be towards the upper end of that.
