It is unfair to get angry at a company for ripping consumers off. Not that I morally agree with it, but the consumers are not powerless. Don't like woolies? there are plenty of other places to buy groceries. So many people complain, but then shop there anyway? It reeks of fake outrage and a lack of actually standing by moral principles.
However it is absolutely justified to get angry at a company for ripping shareholders off and wasting their money. The company is owned by the shareholders and has a duty to make the most money for it's shareholders.
