    I tend to agree.
    Whilst the merger appears to favor the acquirer here, my thinking is the new merged entity will get a significant re-rate and SLR SHs will receive their SP uptick at that stage albeit as RED SHs. Hold tight retail or better yet, buy into any mispricing between SLR and RED leading into the merger - like now for example with SLR at $1 and RED at .30.
