    If they only raise the $4m it will. People who hold a SIC are generally a bit more educated as they've done well for themselves, even the guy on the webinair said he wanted to double-check his numbers with Nan because it's looking very cheap. It's possible they might end up with an over-subscription and the company may accept the additional funds.
