if one wanted to take over the company, it would be better to buy shares rather than options because the time premium in the options would not be needed.
However, more reasonable thought is that for anyone with an investment of $100K or more there is just not enough options on offer or the price would increase to match the share price i.e. 20c premium so one might just as well buy the shares.
