    Its pretty simple mate.

    He is holding on to as many as he can afford to.

    You cant expect him to invest a third of his career in time cost AND all of his options without taking some off the table.

    There is still risk - if Nvidia or Amazon or Google have better products in house / in development, Peter will not be able to sell us.
