Not the sexy end of tech stocks. But I'm happy with the results, and adding to holdings.
Development costs flat while revenue still growing = operating leverage
Legal growing nicely (+12% subscription), and starting to contribute meaningfully to EBITDA. Likely to deliver >$1.5M EBITDA in 2024.
Primary Shareholders - Microequities, Spheria, (rate both highly).... plus Directors-Founders all own a large chunk.
Only $2.8M debt, so acquisitions or increased dividend options for 2024.
Recent share sales by insiders has seen SP retreat, but I think this is only a knee-jerk reaction.
