The unfortunate truth is that some holders are struggling to cope with significant losses following the downturn. Ellroy's no different after proudly declaring his 37.5 cent entry and multiple buys above that, before running out of cash to average down. There's nothing wrong with that BTW, but instead of taking the loss like a man, he (and others) have chosen to lash out at those not overtly supporting AGY, and to insist that they are spreading FUD, even when this isn't the case. The hostility and emotiveness is an understandable knee-jerk reaction, but it doesn't make him (or others) correct.
Anyway, I'll play the "who's spreading factually incorrect posts game". Here's a few:
1. In February, stated that it was mentioned in the most recently quarterly that a cap raise wasn't required. That's factually incorrect, they said nothing of the sort.
2. In November, stated that everything was waiting on Romy signing off on the EIA approval. We found out in the December update that was factually incorrect, with AGY submitting more "final hydrogeological observations".
3. In April, stated that the (funding) solution isn't contingent on other milestones being reached. Of course we know that is factually incorrect too, as JZ has highlighted that a key factor to finalise the funding solution is the EIA approval.
