Holdtight, thanks for kicking this off, concurring with dylzzz9, you already have some great questions to put forward to James.
My questions are as much to other holders as they are to James, and I welcome rational feedback from all.
Q1. a) Why is the Directors' expected participation in the SPP Offer so low, relatively speaking? (see attached). They're encouraging others to participate in the offer by up to ten times the amounts they are tipping in - Not a great look! b) Is this due to regulatory constraints, or personal financial constraints? Or, is it because they have reservations about the companies short to medium-term prospects and so limiting their exposure?
Q2. a) Does James foresee a BLG share consolidation this year? b) If the answer is 'not this year', then when does James see the inevitable (in my view) share split taking place? If he doesn't think a consolidation is on the cards in the foreseeable future then perhaps he could outline the company conditions he would expect or prefer prior to a consolidation occurring - that would be helpful.
FWIW - Not a down ramper. Very long termer. Heavily in.
