I cant see chinese buying PAN
I see IGO bidding cheap for PAN as they have 18% already and spent $45M cash on it already & that MILL is GOLD as IGO tenements surround PANs mine.
PAN is now controlled by its secured offtake creditor Trafigura a swiss house which supplies ore quietly to Jinchuan of china.

Jinchuan has been or will be ordered, like Norilsk was, to exit the western markets and focus on eastern BRICS markets imho, sooner or later we will see the Jinchuan offtake with IGO at Nova and FF quietly terminated.

Chinese are divesting silently their western assets in preparation for sanctions, blockades and war over taiwan. Gordon Changs book details this.
The taiwan war & reunification is inevitable if not impending and china will surround, blockade and invade taiwan imho as the peaceful reunification approach over 70 years has failed.
There is a window in 2024 or 2030 for china to invade taiwan or before 14 January 2025 when trump takes over again and russia has paved the way for this.

remember the UN & 95% of the world recognises taiwan as a part of one china inc Oz UK USA.

Meanwhile in the real world - NP UP AGAIN to $7.32 uslb

Still way above $4.90 and 3.50 lows when POS SP was at 3.0-5.0c in 2016
in fact the NP is now double that of 2016
and the restart target for the prior CEOs was 6.0-7.0 and we are still above that too.
