At first I thought so, but it's very vague isn't it.
They don't provide the wording of the agreement, and they don't stipulate a particular project, or even a particular commodity.
Don't know about possible Saudi influence coming into PRU in other ways. Prefer for PRU to focus on its existing priorities.
