Star and Crown have at least begun the work of adherence to the newly updated CCA covering safer gaming and transaction reporting (which were not in the original iterations of the act), QLD/WA have yet to complete their update hence why only the Star/Crown are currently subject to these standards.
Remaining states have yet to tackle this hence why no other Casino operators are held to the same account so, although more than likely beginning to introduce the systems that are likely soon to become mandatory, are not currently subject to these standards.
Pubs/Clubs for some reason are not required to provide the same level of safer gaming nor transaction reporting and a non gaming entity would need to install a management team with the relevant experience to operate...
so I ask again, who do you suggest the licence be given too that would be further along as far as suitability is concerned?
