I'm not sure if I am answering the question for you AJTRADER but a person who obtains voting power in 5% or more of an ASX-listed company is required to publicly disclose that fact of the filing of a substantial holding notice.

So Notable have sold off around 2,200,000 shares in the past 2 years and have transferred the remaining 8,030,000 shares to a family member Mr Ye Jai.

Which would appear to be a good thing as he has publicly announced his confidence in the company and intends buying more....which is an upgrade on Notable considering the past 2 years.
