20metre intercept from 100m deep is all you need to know about that particular result... I've never heard of an underground REE-specific mine before. Either they go underground, or they have to strip the 80m above if they'd be doing open cut to reach that. They sure do have some high grade results but for the most part there looks to be about 50-100m of rock above the good stuff except for some small sections. Some people seem to like it, happy to not be one of them as the likely higher capex means more dilution to come, if they actually get up given the overburden. Metallurgy is also likely to make it relatively expensive. I've got no way of estimating how much thus I stay clear. Carbonatites usually start from surface, same as IAC.
