Exactly, it was either that or a CR at a bad time for PLL..what's of more interest is who takes up the shares and if they go to one player.
The situation for SYA remains the same as it has for some time, cut costs, improve grades , recoveries and throughput and wait for a turn in the price of concentrate , trading at a loss for any length of time is not an option, its either C&M or continue operations in the current environment if manageable.

Any partnerships, OTA's etc won't change that situation, they involve expenditure/ debt not revenue, we need higher concentrate prices and the sooner the better for obvious reasons.
