the rules are the rules. It's all quite clear. Unfortunately, in the micro spec stock land, the rules are not always followed. I've been done over, a number of times, by different listed cos. Never rule anything out. Question everything.
In saying the above, this company has to date, a 100% success rate with its previous results. They've implied that the results are going to be good, in the September announcement. Therefore, the likely problem here ,is tardienss, poor updates and sticking to timelines (which, unfortunately is a repetitive problem for this company).
