Sorry but never seen a BB increase the SP. it just helps some large holders sell down without crashing the price. After they finish the buyback the SP is always back to where it was before the BB. If they have excess cash and cannot invest for a decent rate of return then send it back to the shareholders as a div. I will then decide if the stock is cheap and where to invest.
i do not want Management making that decision for me.
