I think he is saying that. He is saying that now rates have elevated from the range of 0 - 0.5% to 4.5%, going back to 4.25% is going to be a lifesaver. As for margins, I think he prefers to ignore the fact the world has changed from lashings of free money to tight capital, and for many corporates the only avenue open to them is to borrow from private equity. IMO it is a stretch to think that margins have not changed.
