I'm pretty sure net interest margin has expanded as the fees they charge customers has more than offset changes in financing costs (and rising arrears). Arrears have been increasing in the ZMT and it will be interesting to see what they have done with provisions, but they are very definitely getting more money out of their customers than before. It will be an interesting result and it will be best to ignore any purple pages and start at the back of the financial accounts, work your way back to the start if you want to analyse the accounts independently.
