So, if Minres sold to a single shareholder (apparently 14.5%), then that shareholder gets a little more than another 0.5%, then the following bid condition kicks in:
The Scheme Proposal is subject to certain limited conditions, including:
no shareholder (other than BidCo, SQM and Hancock) acquiring or increasing its shareholding
in Azure to more than 15%;
The game is not over!
