I have an idea why people are objecting to unnecessary roadshows. The fact that the dismal capital management policies of management and failure to secure financing in advance has lead to them first being forced into an emergency capital raise on poor terms and subsequently having to go cap in hand to a loan shark fund again on very costly terms (oh and let’s not forget having to tap a related party for supposedly short term funding and then being forced to renegotiate due to being unable to get even close to meeting the repayment terms they agreed to in the first place). Management should be concentrating solely on getting the operations to the state where they are generating significant positive cash flows, once they have achieved this they can go out & tout their wares.
