Selling your stocks in a company to which you have a JV affiliation and giving no notice to said company is very different to having reports of C&M in your hands and selling.
If you think PLL arent acutely aware of the ongoings of SYQ you clearly havent been following their announcements the last 2 years. SYA holders gather more info from PLL than we do our own management about NAL ongoings LOL
