Does anyone know if there are outstanding items that we need to complete prior to the renewal of our lease, as in have we fulfilled all of the requirements for renewal, or was there not any? Are we just at their mercy and that is why we are not doing anything until they show us some good faith. I know the RI PDS refers to lease as a risk but no further details? If so then this scares me more than funding. What stops them shafting us?
