    1. How were they stupid? Be specific. Make sure you overlay the whole picture if you are talking specific decisions. That includes things you don't know and aren't privvy too.
    2. What has been promised and not delivered? Be specific. Let's not talk timeframes as a promise - talk actual promises yet outstanding.
    3. Once again fail which outcome? Are you specifically talking actual deliverables or time-frames?
