My connections have now been able to confirm farmerbob's comments as being mostly accurate.
The key risk I now see is that there is alignment between SW and PAR strategy. If they both continue to push the long/maximum outcome game it will add significant short term risk. Hopefully common-sense prevails and a reasonable trade off is reached given Rome was not built in a day.
