Announcement does sign off as ' Interim ' CEO. So that is at least a good indicator that the search is still ongoing and he is not the Man for the job longer term. Or at least until the next AGM where he will definitely be gone.

however at the least given that Canaccord was OUR broker together with the fact the Journalists from the Fin Review actually knew before Sayona shareholders ( at least most Mum's and Dad's and Retail ) , that a revised Top 20 should be forthcoming in the next few days for all ordinary shareholders to see ....., else i'll go out and BUY this information myself.

And while I'm at it , I'll also contact ASIC and loge a complaint as to why OUR broker who was involved in at least 2 of the last 3 lucrative capital raised and Finanaicial Review journalists came to have this information about a pending ' Dump ' by our No 1 shareholder's entire stake in the company and who in fact originally had to obtain an ASX waiver to take up this holding in the first place...... How many corporations laws have been bended or broken here in so far as continuous disclosure and / or insider trading rules. Because there is no way that Sayona BOD and Dougal did NOT known of this pending jettison of holding by their Partner Piedmont ....., and the potential ramifications this would have on the market price of their traded securities..

So it not good enough at all. And warrant further significant investigations by the Authorities.
