if moblan dfs announcement alone, it would appear that Piedmont would not have knowledge from a regulator standpoint.
If any announcement ties results of moblan dfs with an action of JV for NAL and other Sayona interests then presumably Piedmont would have knowledge and may be impacted by "insider knowledge".
In the US, don't they have a 2 week blackout period for release of earnings? Any thoughts as to if this announcement would have any breach concerns from US regulators?
