A decent set of numbers relative to the other office REITS.
But GOZ is not a pure office REIT, apart from office 30% odd of properties is industrial. They also have a fund management arm. In addition it does not have an external manager, it is the manager. ie there is no leakage of fees to an external manager.
Probably why the share price didn't react so negatively today. After taking some money off the table over the last month, I added it back today, buying back the position sold.
