Also many are forgetting that LLC is a significant owner of property. That property is gradually being marked down together with the rest of the REIT sector.
Too many years of zero interest rates enabled the pumping of property values. As these correct downwards, the hits will keep comming.
I have a small position, but in no rush to add. Especially with woke, DH senior management in place. This company needs a smart CEO opperator, not one who is trying to pander to the woke ESG crowd. The CEO's job is to make money!!!!
