And to add further fuel to the thought, Rio Tinto DID have the Jadar mine which was a hard rock project in freezing cold Serbia that was stopped in its tracks due to a sovereign failure, So they are down a hard-rock project in the North Hemisphere and arent afraid of mining in cold weather.
